Dr. Tamala Kelly is co-lead pastor and founder of The Purpose Church in Monrovia. She is CEO and founder of Empower 2 Purpose a non-profit organization that focuses on strengthening, empowering and equipping women and youth spiritually, mentally, socially and emotionally. She is a city council member for the city of Monrovia.
