Jordan Boldt
Mother and Neighbor
As a missionary kid, Jordan grew up in Santiago, Chile, and has had the privilege of experiencing first-hand the beauty of many Latin American countries. She returned to the United States to attend Azusa Pacific University, and later went on to get her MA in Intercultural Studies with an emphasis in children at risk and international development from Fuller Seminary.
While Jordan spends most of her time mothering her four precious children, she also runs her own business, Boldt Communications, a company that translates, edits, and consults with businesses seeking to bridge the cultural gap between English and Spanish-speaking populations.
She has a passion for being a friend and neighbor to others she encounters in her community, all fueled by a desire to follow Christ. Jordan is the chair of the compassionate action committee of her church, Mountainside Communion, which is a group that approves the distribution of funding to others in need. This allows her to constantly be attentive to those marginalized in our society, finding creative ways to help and encourage others to participate in what God is already doing in our midst.
To replenish her own energy, Jordan loves hanging out with her husband Rob, Latin dancing, watching home remodeling shows, and playing card games.
