Maru Trevizo, SHRM-CP, PHR is Vice President of Human Resources for Sumitomo Rubber North America. In addition to overseeing the full cycle of HR functions, Maru focuses on leadership development, organizational culture, people strategy, training and coaching. With over 20 years of professional experience in human resources, Maru has served a wide range of industries. Born and raised in Mexico, Maru moved to the United States in her mid-twenties and is fluent in Spanish. Maru holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California. In her spare time, she enjoys getting outdoors to hike, enjoys time by the beach, reading and crafting.
